Traditionally healthcare providers (HCP) use pen and paper methodologies that cannot be tracked resulting in a breakdown of patient care when referring between General Practitioners (GPs) and Specialists, whether in hospitals or private clinics. \n\n Patient records are unable to be persistently shared once the patient enters the healthcare system, with clinicians unable to share patient diagnostic information (images, DICOM files) and other critical information.
